DIY: Pinwheels

When we were prepping for our launch party we had a bit of trouble finding a good pinwheel DIY so we thought we'd put together a little how-to:

Let's break it down:
-Gather your materials:
Origami paper
Construction/card stock/sturdy paper
Hole punch
Glue stick
Dowel rods
Brads
Scissors
-Next, glue your origami paper to your card stock.
-Then cut out around origami paper.
-Next cut into the square at each of the four points, nearly to the middle.
-Punch holes in every other point and a small hole in the center.
-Start with one corner bring and insert the brad... Gather every other corner through the brad.
-Secure the brad, then attach the dowel rod to the back.
You can either add a bead between the dowl rod and the brad to make it a functioning pinwheel or (like we did for our party) just hot glue the brad to the dowl rod.

Hope y'all find this helpful, but if you have questions let us know!
